First add a site counter, if you don’t want it to be displayed, then add a invisible counter. There are many sites which offer these counters. Some of these are Stat Counter, Site Meter, Hit Counter. You can customise these counters to go along with the design of your site. You can also sign up with Google Analytics or Going Up which help in tracking your site stats.
