Do You Workout?

I know Internet Marketers and Bloggers tend to be quite lazy at times. Sitting infront of your Apple Macbook the whole day can be very stressing and you need to make a routine workout schedule to stay fit and healthy. I am sure not all of you would want to be lifting weights but still would love 6 pack abs. You need to checkout this video which has some awesome free weight exercises for building muscle and loosing weight.

    I don’t really work out, I did have 9 weeks in the gym at school though.

    I just lift dumbbells and run at home ;)

    I go to the gym 4 days a week. Its always good to keep healthy!

    I just lifting dumbbell and push up for exercise.

    I’ve come to the conclusion that I’m just too lazy to work out.. might as well admit it huh? haha

    Cold weather does kill me though… i always walk more and exercise more when the warmer weather hits.. I despise walking on a treadmill, much rather be outside!

    On a daily basis, I either use my spinning bike, hand weights or take a long hike. I cant stand not moving my body.
