Gmail Becomes Alexa 1, Kicks Yahoo

The whole Google vs Yahoo who is bigger arguement has ended now, officially. Many said that Yahoo is bigger than Google but with Gmail becoming Alexa 1 it shows that Google is way bigger than Yahoo. Google Dot Com is Alexa 12, Google Dot Co Dot UK is Alexa 22, Youtube is Alexa 3, whereas all Yahoo sites come under Yahoo, that is Alexa 2. So yes Google is the biggest site on the internet.

No big surprise there, really – Yahoo has been spiraling towards bankruptcy and financial oblivion for the past couple of years, and long before Terry Semel stepped down as the CEO.
I’m honestly surprised that they’re still alive and kicking, in spite of being eclipsed by Google in almost every single manner imaginable.
