Twitter has been very functional with regards to social networking and online marketing. As you get to have more followers on Twitter, you are increasing the potentiality of your customer conversion. This is actually where networking and building your identity start off. Keep posting new tweets of your recent discoveries and opinions of a certain event or issue you’ve encountered. Every bit of ideas you share is counted and taken credit of. If they find your thoughts and ideas useful then probably people will thought of you as someone worth following.
Overall, the concept of Tweeter is like the word-of -mouth. As you share your ideas, people spread them around. with the quality of your thoughts, people will look forward to every thoughts you will share. In no time, you’ll be shocked of how many followers you already have. Just keep that brain cells working, be aware of just about everything and of course don’t forget to tweet.

I am sure I has not been able to use Twitter properly. So far I have very low followers (thought it is increasing).

In my opinion the best thing you can do to get friends is be interesting and follow others interested in your niche. If you do that, than you are going to get people following you in return. If you update a lot, people are going to get friends to add you and so on.
There is of course blackhat techniques I have used as well. These got me 100-200 friends over night. I do however believe the traffic is better if you gradually add good friends.

Yes! I using Twitter on my blog. It helped my blog got more traffic. I think it is great tool for SEO.

I actually tried twitter on WPThemeKid, added some people and got to like 70 friends over night. Picked up 60 UV from them as well!

Posting new discoveries is key – if you post something useful, people will re-tweet your update, which gets your username out to other users’ followers. The more your name appears with useful info, the more people will be likely to follow you.

I am sure I’m not using Twitter to best advantage, have some followers, (don’t laugh) but don’t know how to add them to my list. I know Dderrr am I a dill or what.
